Anyone else feel low energy for the first 5 days?
I just want to add, breaking the fast correctly is extremely important. Ony have juices for the first day. Then introduce smoothie or fresh watery fruit, but very small amounts. Only eat a bit during this. Then introduce more fruits and and raw veg, (NO FATS) but again very slowly. Gradually increase. Thanks for the coverage Brandon, no one else is talking about the phases like this.
